Terms of service

These terms apply to Pure Social social media subscriptions provided by Pure Marketing Services Ltd ("we", "us"), trading as Pure Social. By choosing a plan you agree to them.

1. Your plan

Your plan is the set of services and quantities you choose in our plan builder and confirm at checkout. Each month we plan, create and, once you approve it, publish that content on the social accounts you give us access to. You can change your plan at any time; changes apply from your next monthly collection.

2. Payment

Plans are paid monthly in advance by Direct Debit, collected by GoCardless on our behalf. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at the current rate. If a payment fails we may retry it, and we may pause work until the account is up to date. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

3. No contract and cancelling

There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@puremarketing.uk or calling 0121 573 0233. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and we will deliver that month's content. We do not refund part months.

4. Approvals and revisions

We never publish content without your approval. Each month includes two rounds of revisions. Content that has not been approved by its scheduled date is held until you approve it. Once you approve content, you are responsible for it being accurate for your business.

5. What we need from you

You agree to give us accurate information about your business, access to your social accounts, and only materials (logos, photos, video, music) that you have the right to use. You remain the owner of your social media accounts at all times.

6. Ownership

Once paid for, the finished content we create for you is yours to use. We may show examples of our work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Results

Social platforms control reach and change their rules often, so we cannot guarantee specific follower, engagement or sales numbers. We will always tell you honestly how your content is performing.

8. Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Data

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

10. General
