Privacy Policy for Pure Marketing Services Ltd
At Pure Social, a brand of Pure Marketing Services Ltd, accessible from puresocial.uk, protecting the privacy of our visitors is a top priority. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect and how we use it.
If you have any questions or need further details about our Privacy Policy, please contact us at info@puremarketing.uk or on 0121 573 0233.
This Privacy Policy applies solely to our online activities and is relevant for visitors to our website regarding the information they share and/or we collect. It does not apply to data collected offline or through other channels.
Consent
By using our website, you consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
Information We Collect
The personal information we ask you to provide, and the reasons for doing so, will be made clear at the point of collection.
If you contact us directly, we may collect your name, email, phone number, message contents, and any attachments or additional information you provide.
When registering for an account or submitting a form, we may ask for your name, business name, address, email, and phone number. When you send a form, we also record how you arrived at the site, for example a Google search, one of our adverts or a link on another website, so we know which of our marketing brings enquiries.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our website
- Improve and personalise user experience
- Understand website usage patterns
- Develop new content and services
- Communicate with you for customer service and marketing purposes
- Send promotional or informational emails
- Prevent fraudulent activity
How We Measure the Site
We run our own visitor measurement tool on this website so we can see which pages work and where visitors get stuck, for example a form that people start but do not finish. For each page view it records the page, the type of device, how you arrived (such as a search engine or an advert), how far down the page you scrolled, where on the page you clicked, whether you started or sent a form, any errors on the page and how quickly it loaded.
It does not use cookies or store anything on your device. It does not record your IP address, anything you type into a form, or anything that links one visit to another, so it cannot identify you. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal it records nothing at all. The information is kept on our own web hosting, is not shared with anyone else, and is kept in detail for 35 days and as daily totals for about 13 months. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website.
Log Files
Pure Social uses log files as standard practice. These logs include IP addresses, browser type, ISP, time/date stamps, referring pages, and clicks. This data is used to keep the site secure, analyse trends and optimise our site performance.
Cookies and Web Beacons
We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience by remembering preferences and tailoring content. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner. Our own measurement tool, described above, does not use cookies. For more about cookies, see: What Are Cookies.
Advertising Partners Privacy Policies
